**Refund Policy for Faroo Pet Groomery Mobile Service**

At Faroo Pet Groomery, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients and their pets. To ensure a smooth and efficient operation, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Cancellations and Refunds:

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
    Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund.

  • Bundles or Multi-Booking Products:
    If your reservation includes a combo package with multiple appointments:

    • You are eligible for a full refund only before the first appointment takes place minus any bank charges.

    • Once the first session completed, We are happy to refund unused package sessions! Just note that if you request a refund after using a session, the completed sessions will be recalculated at our standard website rate instead of the package rate. We will then refund the remaining balance, minus a 4% bank processing fee.

    • All appointments within a Bundle must be used within 3 months from the date of the first booking, unless otherwise specified in the product details.

This policy helps us maintain our scheduling efficiency while offering the best grooming care to your beloved pets.

   
2. **Late Cancellations:**
   - If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund. Instead, a credit note will be issued, and you will have the opportunity to reschedule your appointment at a convenient time.

3. **No-Shows:**
   - If our mobile grooming van arrives at your specified location and no one is present to receive us, a wait time of 30 minutes will be granted. If no one shows up within this period, the full amount of the service will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
